Quinoa salad with Chef Balsama
                                                                                     Directions 


Rinse 1 cup of quinoa in strainer. Add olive oil to frying pan to brown the quinoa. Cook the quinoa until browned. Add salt to taste. Mix the black beans, chick peas (after rinsing)  and very diced vegetables in a bowl. Combine well.Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to mixture along with 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and oil. Add the browned Quinoa to the bean veggie mix and toss until thoroughly  combined.

This salad is absolutely delicious and nutritious!  I prepared it myself in my own kitchen! Please enjoy my cooking video below.

1 cup quinoa
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 can of black beans
1 can chick peas
2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
